Pushpa 2: The Rule’ Breaks Records at the Box Office

The blockbuster movie Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, is continuing its record-breaking spree even after 32 days of its release. The Hindi dubbed version of the film has also turned its first month into a massive success, not just in Telugu, Indian media reports said.

Even on its fourth week, the movie has retained an aggressive box-office collection, similar to its first week. The latest is that the producers have shared the collection figures of the Hindi dubbed version. As per them, Pushpa 2 has collected more than ₹785 crore throughout India in 31 days of its release. The team is confident that the Hindi version will cross ₹800 crore very soon.

This is a first-time box-office record by any Hindi-dubbed film. In all language versions combined, Pushpa 2 has already sailed past ₹1,200 crore in total earnings. Allu Arjun reprises his role as Pushparaj, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his wife in the film.

The movie has been in news for not only its Box Office result but for controversies as well. During the premiere of the movie, a 35-year-old woman named Revathi succumbed to death due to the stampede, injuring her 8-year-old son. It was in wake of this incident that the actor Allu Arjun was taken into brief custody. Later the cops released him on December 14, and asked the actor to attend court dates, to be announced by them.

Despite the controversies, Pushpa 2 has been doing phenomenally well at the box office, and it seems the production team is setting its own rules. The film continues to break records every day and has crossed ₹1,700 crore worldwide.
